The worlds Greatest Hamberger

I got this recipe whilst I was living in Texas,this is the greatest hamburger ever.The key is the meat,I buy half a kilo of minced chuck steak(for two burgers) put in a bowl with two or 3 large tablespoons of fine breadcrumbs,the same of dried parsley generously season add just a splash of olive oil and form into burger shapes put on a plate and chill in the refrigerator until you want to use.

I cooked this on the BBq for 3 minutes either side and then added the cheddar cheese, and served in a toasted bun with tomato iceberg lettuce,gherkins and a marie rose sauce zapped up with cayenne pepper...Delicious
