Pollo Cadiz


This is a very arabic influenced dish,wonderful on a Summers day for lunch.Take chicken breasts marinate 3 or 4 hours in lemon juice olive oil garlic and Pimenton paprika Then put on a very hot griddle pan couple of minutes each side to give colour and add to a preheated oven at 220' for 15 to 20 mins,served with humus and fresh tomatoes in sherry vinegar and oil dressing,season before serving,wonderful enjoy,We served with an Anjou Rose wine and Arabic flatbreads
